Pickup Policy

Local Pickup Available

Enjoy the convenience of picking up your orders locally at DCL Creative Wares. You can collect your purchases directly from our designated pickup location at Bull Creek Trade Center, Prestonsburg, KY, located at Table A17. Pickup times are between 09:00 AM and 02:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.

Pickup Schedule:

• Orders Placed by Thursday 08:00 PM: Available for pickup on Saturday.
• Orders Placed After Thursday 08:00 PM and on Friday: Available for pickup on Sunday.

Please note, orders consisting of more than 5 items may require additional processing time. We will keep you updated via email regarding the status of your order.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup. We look forward to seeing you at the trade center!
