  2. Payment: Payment must be made in advance before any custom items are created. We offer a secure checkout option for custom orders on our website. This allows you to use major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and other payment methods for your convenience.
  3. Processing Time: The processing time for your custom order will be communicated to you and will depend on the size of the order. Processing begins once payment has been received.
  4. Delivery Options:
    • Local Pickup: If you are in or around Prestonsburg, KY, you can pick up your order at Bull Creek Trade Center on Saturdays and Sundays.
    • Shipping: We can ship your custom order directly to you. Shipping costs will be communicated beforehand. Remember, we offer free shipping on orders over $30.
